Michael Torres known by his artistic nickname Myke Towers is a Puerto Rican rapper and songwriter born on 15 January 1994, in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. Mike Towers became Myke Towers slightly in 2017 as a salute to The Young Kingz Music Movement, where he is a resident. It was a change of the first letter in the name to a "y" to honour the movement. Myke is an underground rapper from Puerto Rico who began his professional career when he was in his teens. Through his SoundCloud profile, he released the first of his own music compositions. His 2014 songs Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal, and En los Bloques made him a household name. In addition, he attracted the attention of the urban music scene by performing the freestyle La Nueva Droga and his version of the classic track, 0 to 100 by Drake.
